Alternative Fuel
Yeah.. gas prices are going up.. and theres no sign of it going low.. the only solution to this gas price hike problem is to use alternative fuels.. although the price for the alternative fuel ranges from free to 2 times that of gasoline fuel.. but in the long term.. it will go down when mass produced.
There are many innovations already done.. like the hybrids, electric, biodiesel, ethanol and solar power. solar is totally free but the technology is not very effecient compared to fuel cells.. biodiesel is another good alternative and besides deisel engines are more effecient than gasoline, the only reason it is not used in cars is that it is not very clean. But with the use of biodiesel, diesel engine could be more environment friendly than gasoline engines since the smoke produced from biodiesel are almost non-pollutant.
Ethanol is also a good alternative to power gasoline engines. Ethanol could be produced in your backyard in small amounts. I have a blog about making your own biodiesel and ethanol, just check it out.
